About Magie Manor
For most people, a house fire means months, if not years, of uncertainty. Where will I go? What will I do now? For us, the professionals at Woodbridge Builders, this was a challenge. When Magie Manor was ravaged we knew exactly what needed to be done. It all started with an old light fixture in the basement. It sparked a blaze that destroyed most of the basement and part of the first floor. When the damage was done we applied ourselves to the task at hand. Both the first floor and basement were gutted.
For things to be done safely and correctly we had to start from scratch. Then, with a little magic found in our Design Center , we brought every inch of space to life. We built an entirely new kitchen complete with quartz counters, and shaker wood doors. Glass back splash and an island were also included. All of this was offset with nice dark plank hardwood flooring throughout with slate tile floor. We also added a few build-ins for the living room. Articles such as storage and shelf space for added style and function. We had also taken the liberty of creating a master suite with walk-in closet and master bath. We used reclaimed wood panels as an accent wall. This helped to add a rustic yet modern feeling. To further that effect we also installed sliding barn doors, made of the same wood, to the walk in closet and master bath. This took quite a bit of effort but no job is too much for Woodbridge Builders!
