Additions

Home additions have become a great alternative to expanding families that do not have the means to relocate or love their current home and neighborhood yet need the additional space. There are many different types of additions and each one is unique to the home. After analyzing every aspect of the home such as lot coverage, roof lines and possible foundation options, we discuss the needs of the family and their goals for the new space. Some families look to create a great room where the entire family can enjoy some time together in a less formal area than a living room. Others add a large enough space, also known as a mother/daughter suite, to create a private suite for an elderly family member with their own private bedroom, kitchenette and living room.

Add-a-level

Similar to additions, add-a-levels allow families to expand their homes for a growing family by adding additional bedrooms and/or bathrooms to the existing footprint of the home. Another popular add-a-level project has been the addition of a master suite with an oversized master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. At times we also add a home office to the master suite.

Kitchens

Many people look to enlarge their kitchen by taking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a great room. Other alternatives include a simple 2-4ft kitchen bump-out for some extra room to add an island. Kitchens renovations allow homeowners to update the kitchen with the latest trends, styles, and more importantly functionality of the existing space. Kitchens are updated with better designs that utilize the space better to make more use of every area of the kitchen.

Bathrooms are some of the most important rooms in a house. With limited space, it is crucial to make the most of the area available. We can help you maximize the space you have or expand to create the perfect bathroom for you and the whole family.
