Woodbridge Builders Corp. hereby guarantees that the work shall be free from defects in labor for one (5) years from the day of completion of the project. Materials warranted as specified by individual manufacturers and not by the Woodbridge Builders Corp. Woodbridge Builders Corp. warrants that the project listed above will be constructed consistent with the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines published by the National Association of Home Builders.
